  • Le consumérisme est un fait de nos jours. Le consumérisme peut être défini comme l’ensemble des actions et organisations destinées à défendre et représenter les intérêts des consommateurs.

Consumerism is a reality nowadays.  Consumerism can be defined as the totality of actions and organisations aimed at defending and representing the interests of consumers.

  • Aujourd’hui on peut dire que le consumérisme est un fait accompli. Les gens veulent encore plus.

Today we can say that consumerism is a done deal. People want more still.

  • Malheureusement la chute du secteur bancaire fait que les gens n’ont pas beaucoup d’argent, et le peu d’argent qu’ils ont est déjà assigné aux produits essentiels.

Unfortunately the banking collapse has resulted in people not having a lot of money, and the bit of money that they have is already assigned to essential products.
